A Journey to the Inside…

In 2007, Executive Coach Vivian James Rigney founded Inside Us with a bold vision: to revolutionize executive coaching by blending the latest peak performance principles with real-world pragmatic experience.

At Inside Us, We listen. We take our clients out of their comfort zone. We promote accountability. We seek to inspire and drive authentic leadership with each client.

Drawing on his years as a C-suite executive, Vivian understood that the key to exceptional leadership lay in the synergy of trust, authenticity, and emotional intelligence. This insight became the foundation of Inside Us and its distinctive coaching approach.

Headquartered in New York City with coaches around the world, Inside Us quickly grew into a global boutique firm, attracting a select team of elite coaches who share a commitment to excellence. These coaches, who hail from corporate backgrounds across diverse industries, are uniquely positioned to guide senior executives through their most challenging issues. Located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, Inside Us’ North American headquarters is strategically positioned to support leaders in New York and many other of the world’s leading business hubs. Our office comes complete with a private coaching suite where clients can escape their usual environment and chaotic surroundings to work with our coaches.

Our headquarters is managed by Sarah Neumann, whose background in operational excellence and team alignment keeps our Inside Us team running smoothly and efficiently with unparalleled dedication to our clients.
